So it seems as though we are living in a completely different world as we were in my last post which was only in January. I know a lot of people are struggling with boredom and anxiety during this lockdown period as we don’t know how long it’s going to last. I thought I would compile a list of five tips to look after your mental and physical health during this really weird time.
